Rear yard facing east. Newly installed 500+ sq foot redwood deck. East side yard fenced with 6.0' rail to maintain safe enclosure for privacy, pets & children. There is still plenty of room for shed or shop areas and even space for a two car garage inside the fencing as well. rail fence provides enclosure but maintains openness and rural feel of the generally agricultural area. Fence could easily be converted to solid board if desired.
